Do i need my own lock?
No - All units have electric doors with a remote for opening.
What documentation do i need to provide in order to rent a unit?
Driver’s license and proof on insurance if using space to store RV, Boat, Trailer, or other vehicle.
Do you insure my belongings?
No - Insuring your property is your responsibility. (Proof of insurance is required if using space to store RV, Boat, Trailer, or other vehicle.)
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, or Credit Card
(3% up charge is required for all card transactions) Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.
Who has access to my unit?
All units are private and you are the only one with access to it.
Do I need to sign a long term lease?
All units are 12-month contracts.
There is a 5% discount applied if contract is paid in full at the time of reservation.
